
Okra, this unique vegetable is not yet so familiar in Indonesia. But the improved variety makes these vegetables are starting to demand. There are many diseases that can be overcome by the okra, for example, anemia and diabetes.
Ingredients:
- 8-10 medium-size okra pieces, wash and cut (do not peel the skin)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup corn flour
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- 1 cup buttermilk
- Canola oil for frying (about 2-3 cups)
How To Cook :
- Mix all the flour, salt and pepper in one container. Mix until well blended.
- Pour the buttermilk into another container and put the okra that have been cut into pieces. Mix until the entire surface of the okra terlapisi buttermilk.
- Roll okra in container contains dried flour until the whole surface is covered.
- Heat the canola oil until it's really hot, FRY okra until golden yellow. It takes approximately 10 seconds.
- Lift. Ready to be served.
You can add a sprinkling of salt, pepper or lemon juice and eaten with sauce is a favorite. Enjoy the okra differently.
