Chicken Fried Rice Recipe Curry Seasoning


Fried rice seasoning curries typically use sliced goat meat for added flavor. If you are not too fond of goat meat or want to get a new variation, pieces of chicken meat could make fried rice seasoning Curry feels more special.

Ingredients:

  • 4 plate white rice
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 150 g chicken meat, cut into cubes
  • 100 GMS pea
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp Curry seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 stalk green onion cut into about 1 cm

How to cook:

  1. Saute onion until fragrant.
  2. Enter the chicken, stirring until it changes color.
  3. Add the rice, fish sauce, seasoning, curry powder, salt and pepper. Mix until blended.
  4. Stir-stir until rice is cooked and all Curry seasoning exposed flat section.
